Itzel Paula Astudillo, Miss Earth Mexico 2016, adds another gold to her kitty when she reigned supreme during the Group 1 Swimsuit Competition held in Versailles Palace located in a Manila suburb. Finishing second and thus earning the silver medal is Miss Brazil Bruna Zanardo. Nera Torlak of Croatia took the bronze medal.
Earlier, during the Group 2 Swimsuit Competition, Miss USA Corrin Stellakis won the gold with Miss Russia Aleksandra Cherepanová taking the silver and Miss Colombia Michelle Gómez the bronze. On Group 3, Miss Wales Charlotte Hitchman is the winner while Miss Ecuador Katherine Espín is second. The bronze medal was shared by Miss Uruguay Valeria Barrios and Miss Slovak Republic Kristina Sulova.
This is the second time that Miss Mexico Itzel Paula Astudillo won the gold medal. Days earlier she also won a gold medal for topping the gown competition. She is now second in the medal tally trailing Miss Ecuador Katherine Espín with three golds. / Bong Tan – Missosology.Org
