Kára McCullough, a 25-year-old scientist working for the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, was crowned on Sunday at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. McCullough was born in Naples, Italy, and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
