All roads lead to Mall of Asia Arena in the Philippines for the finals night of Miss Earth 2016.

After weeks of traveling around the country; competing in swimwear, evening wear and resort wear; and promoting environmental awardness; it’s time to finally crown Angelia Gabrena Ong’s succesor. But with more than 80 equally stunning and dedicated ladies, narrowing down the field to just 16 is no easy task.

This batch is one of the strongest in recent years. With a lot of stunners and no single frontrunner in sight, it is definitely anyone’s ball game at this point. But we have to make a list, and so here’s our FINAL HOT PICKS for Miss Earth 2016.

Leading our final list is Venezuela’s Stephanie de Zorzi. She was the most anticipated delegate this year. By now we all know what happened to her in 2014 and how she managed to finally represented the pageant powerhouse nation in Miss Earth. Although Stephanie hasn’t won any gold, she remains as a favorite among pageant observers. She is a total package and a De Zorzi victory this year would definitely make waves in the international pageant scene.

Cloie Syquia Skarne of Sweden is in second place. This Swedish-American-Filipina beauty exudes elegance and is a headturner especially when she speaks. Winning medals in both the evening gown and national costume competitions are proof that she could easily standout in a sea of fierce and equally stunning ladies.

The eloquent Miss USA Corrin Stellakis comes in thrid. She was an early favorite but got overshadowed by other girls at the beginning of the competition. Winning a medal in the swimsuit competition definitely helped her to get back on track. Afterall, she’s one of the most dedicated in the pageant’s cause. If Miss Earth is looking for a good speaker, Corrin could be the one.

Completing out elemental court is the beautiful Lyndl Kean of Australia. She was the leader in our pre-arrival list but being in fourth place doesn’t mean she’s shinning less brightly. Winning the gold medal in her group’s resorts wear competition, not to mention her classy demeanor and good communication skills make her a front-runner in this edition.

Number 5 on our list is Miss Denmark Klaudia Parsberg. She’s got a lot of supporters from the home country and it’s no surprise because Klaudia is very charismatic. With good communication skills, good body and a stunning face, it would be a crime to waste Klaudia! After winning in the first Miss Earth edition, Klaudia is this country’s best bet at replicating that victory.

Katherine Elizabeth Espín of Ecuador is now in sixth place. However, she remains as one of the best in the competition. She’s an obvious favorite by the sponsors, having won a string of corporate awards. Aside from that, she has proven her mettle after winning medals in long gown, resorts wear, swimwear and national costume competitions. She’s sexy, charming and a good speaker, too!

Africa’s best bet this year is the lovely Grace Wanene of Kenya. She hasn’t won any medals but this girl is a good speaker. This underrated beauty has an undeniable charm and a winsome smile that could work to her advantage tonight.

And completing our Top 8 is Miss Vietnam Nguyen Thi Le Nam Em. She was completely ignored from the start but Nam Em is peaking at the right time! With silver medals in long gown and talent rounds and winning the Miss Photogenic award has made her a legitimate contender.
