Kylie Verzosa, now Miss International 2016, met Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte for the second time during the Christmas lighting ceremony at the Malacañan Palace grounds on December 5.

 

Verzosa first met Duterte in Japan during the president’s official visit there, days before the beauty queen competed in at the Miss International 2016 finals which she eventually won.
