Citlaly Higuera López, the first runner-up in Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2017, will represent Mexico at the 2017 Miss International pageant.
Lupita Jones, the head of Mexicana Universal Organización (formerly Nuestra Belleza Mexico), made the formal announcement on her official Facebook page, expressing confidence that the Tamaulipas native will bring home the country’s third Miss International crown.
“I will do everything in my power to bring that thrid crown to Mexico,” said the 22-year-old Higuera.
The 2017 Miss International finals will take place in Tokyo, Japan in November. Missosology.Org
